I have been sent this review before I have received my order. I'll be glad to change my rating but so far have not received my order so it's 1 star.

Product and price, totally affordable, exactly what I wanted.

It was the cheapest out there and ordering was simple. However, it did say 48 hours delivery but took 4 days to come but I'm sure that's more to do with the Royal Mail than the company.

Easy website to use, email communication regarding despatch to keep customer updated. Quick despatch, it's what's needed when dealing with an injury. I won't hesitate to use again.

Felt a little unsettled ordering online from a company l had not heard of. But read reviews and took a chance.Everything went smoothly from waiting list in stock email to ordering , in transit updates and delivery.
Had previously tried thumb brace for size with my hand therapist who recommended them. With osteoarthritis in both hands they are much more comfortable doing things than before. Would order from the company again.

I bought two patellar straps and a tube of Percutane cream to help deal with chondromalacia and some other joint issues. Products arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. The products are of great quality, been using the cream and it is better than what I often buy in pharmacies. The straps are good too, just took them for a test run today and they held up well and provided support

It arrived so very quickly. I was surprised at how soon it arrived.
The product doesn't look impressive, but it more than does the job. Initially I thought it expensive for what it was, but after the relief it has given me I think it's worth every penny.

Love this company! I have been buying from them for many years as most homeopathy products are not sold in the USA (unless you want the weak Boiron pellets). They are usually stocked with what I need, but if not, there is a "waiting list" option so I don't have to keep checking back. Shipping from the company to the US is about a week and is tracked. Prices are very reasonable.
